Sheep diversity
The sheep is one of the most common pets – it is present in almost every country on earth.
It was domesticated from the mouflon before about 11,000 years ago in the area of present-day Iraq.

The Serra Da Estrela
The Cao de Serra da Estrela, as its name suggests, originates from the Estrela Mountains in Portugal. It is believed to be one of the oldest breeds in the Iberian Peninsula. As the other members of the mountain dog family, he originates from crossbreeding between indigenous dogs and those brought in by the Romans. These crossbreeds developed separately and there are now three distinct national mountain dogs in Portugal

The Estrela Mountain Dog Of Portugal
Rocky places, granite soil, shrubby vegetation, and a hard life, were the conditions that developed the beautiful breed of “Estrela Mountain Dog”.
