Welcome to Horticultural Zafarraya
Zafarraya of Horticulture, has been the trademark “rural quality. Granadino Poniente”, for five of the products it markets: artichokes, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce and tomato salad. With this distinctive Western Association honors the contribution of this business to the environment and quality in their production process.
A total of 25 companies in the West Granadino and more than 150 products from the tourism industry, oil, bread, pastry, asparagus, pickles, aquaculture, cheeses, hams and sausages, among others who have this label guarantees that the product has passed some strict quality control, traceability and authenticity. Institute welcomes Horticultural Research 35 years
Havana, (AIN) Horticultural Research Institute Liliana Dimitrova celebrated its 35 years of established, by which stage has contributed to the genetic improvement of tomatoes, corn, peppers and other crops. The work of the institution, located in the fertile lands and red Quivican municipality in the province of Havana, is also working on the design of houses protected crops and seed production, while successfully implementing modern technology in their laboratories.
